• Bone levels around the teeth, which reflect gum health

• The position of teeth that have not erupted yet, including in children

There is no single schedule. The interval depends on your age, your history of decay or gum disease, and what we can already see. If you have recent images from another dental office, we are glad to request them so they are not repeated unnecessarily.

Tell us before your appointment. We will explain what a specific image is for, what we expect it to answer, and what happens if we skip it. If you are pregnant or may be, let the team know when you call.
