New patient information

We are glad you are considering our office. Here is exactly how a first visit works, so there are no surprises.

Booking your first visit

Appointments are scheduled by phone. Call (520) 297-2727 during office hours and the team will ask a few questions about what you need, then find a time that works. There is no online booking system at this time, and we do not collect patient information through this website.

What to bring

  • Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
  • A list of medications you take and any relevant medical history
  • The name of your previous dental office, if you would like records requested
  • Any questions or concerns you want to raise — write them down so nothing is missed

What the first appointment involves

A new patient visit typically includes an exam, any x-rays needed to see between and below the teeth, and a conversation about what we find. Where a cleaning fits depends on what the exam shows; the team will explain the plan for your visit when you call.

If it has been a while

That is common and it is not a problem. We start with a comfortable exam and a straightforward, no-pressure discussion about what to take care of first.

Paying your bill

Existing balances can be paid securely online through our payment portal. The portal is for bill payment only — it does not book appointments.
